Striking Gold: NiBS Students Win Gold at Skipping Championship!
NiBS students Myra Sood and Adavya Goel secured Gold Medals at the recently held 23rd National Rope Skipping Championship 2022 organised by RSFI (Rope Skipping Federation of India) . Over 1000 participants from 20 states participated in this highly competitive sports held at the Talkotora Stadium in New Delhi. Myra participated in the ‘Double Dutch Pair Freestyle Team’ category and Adavya participated in the under 11 age category.

Three of our students successfully completed the ‘Wakelet Student Ambassador Program’ which focuses on helping students practice 21st Century Skills of creativity, collaboration, communication, critical thinking and digital citizenship.

Congratulations to Agamjyot (class XII batch 2020-21) and Jasjyot (class XI) our students, who participated in the virtual International Conference for Young Social Scientists 2021 and won laurels!!
The participants in the conference had to present a research paper and a poster on the topic of the conference, which was ‘Pandemic and its effects on the social- emotional wellbeing of children’. The conference was held online.
The paper was presented by Agamjyot while the poster was presented by Jasjyot. The duo bagged the 3rd position in poster presentation (Psychology) and a special award for the research paper.

We are happy and proud to share that the School has been honoured with the “Excellency Award” by the IIU SATTVA Global SDG Project Competition, 2021!! IIU SATTVA is an international collaborative project by the International Internship University (IIU), to promote awareness about UN SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) and drive actions towards achievement of the SDGs by the young minds. Nirmal Bhartia School received the Excellency Award in the ‘Eco Cheeks Category’ within the 13-15 years age group, for our project ‘Green Gold Super Chakras’, eco-friendly and aesthetic discs made from natural materials, which could be used as mosquito repellents, air fresheners, packaging material or as fuel.
Kudos to our team of game changing innovators- Arya, Sanvi, Apurva, Viraj, Gurleen, Babita Ma’am and Sriparna Ma’am!! Your feat once again underlines our commitment to both innovation and sustainable environment, while raising the spirit of our student community to strive towards accomplishing the UN Sustainable Development Goals!
