‘Making Informed Choices’ is a senior school programme aimed at providing meaningful guidance to our students about the nature and scope of the various career fields and the process of making college applications. Career guidance sessions were organised for parents and students of classes IX-XII on Saturday, 13th May 2023 in the School premises. One of the career guidance organisations, ‘Pratham Test Prep’, conducted a session on Subject choices and Stream selection. Students learned about the importance of aptitude and interest while choosing streams and the different combinations of subjects available to choose from and their corresponding career options. Another career guidance firm, ‘Career Launcher’, conducted a session on the changing trends in college applications, with a special focus on CUET and an opportunity to solve some mock CUET questions. These sessions were interactive and helped our career seekers gain a fresh perspective on the choices available to them and the most effective ways of pursuing them.
