‘Voice of Art ’is a research-based art challenge that uniquely blends student enquiry of social, cultural, and environmental issues affecting our lives with original artistic expression, letting young adults go beyond the dominant discourse of the day and develop fresh lenses or ‘ways of seeing’. Coming after the unprecedented pandemic induced upheaval, the theme for the 2022 edition ‘Forests of Hope’ seeks to offer young adults a refreshing opportunity to reclaim their agency as the co-creators of their world as they reimagine and renew their worlds with the possibilities of new nature-inspired dreams and hopes. Through the course of the challenge, the participating teams are given the unparalleled opportunity of receiving expert feedback from an eminent panel of experienced art educators, artists and thought leaders. The art projects of all participating schools will be displayed at a specially curated  ‘Voice of Art’ Exhibition at the Indira Gandhi Centre for Arts, Janpath, New Delhi from Thursday, 8th December to Saturday, 10th December 2022.

We invite schools to attend the Debrief Meeting on Friday, 14th October 2022 at the School. Vayeda Brothers of the Warli community, famous for their Warli Art, and Sara Vetteth, artist, art educator and writer, will be addressing and interacting with the participants during this occasion. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation! Let us begin to reforest our future with courage, compassion, and conviction!
