CHILDREN’S DAY

Covid 19 did not dampen the spirit of the NiBS community and was not an impediment to celebrations and festivities either. Children’s Day was celebrated with much joy and good cheer as the entire community came together virtually to add ‘real smiles’ to the faces of our students.
The day began with a special assembly conducted by the teachers. A short humorous skit, highlighting the moods, moments and interruptions that are a part of online classes was presented in the form of a parody that made all present erupt into infectious laughter. This was followed by an enthralling medley of some of the children’s favourite songs and the programme ended with an energizing and captivating dance performance with the teachers moving with grace and rhythm to the song ‘Aasman ki chhat pe hai apni duniya’. On a virtual platform, but nevertheless, it was truly a fun-filled and happy day, both for the students as well as the teachers, as they smiled and came together to celebrate this special occasion.
